The staff at Griffin's always takes such good care of us when we have our vehicles serviced. From easy drop off and pick up to friendliness, we will always bring our vehicles to Griffin.

My Griffin Muffler experience was excellent. Communications were clear regarding the process and other issues discovered. Email communications were customizable. Information was clear and there was no pressure for work not originally contracted. I was especially impressed with their emailed report which included photographs and explanations of each item.

Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else always gets my vehicles in quickly every employee from Clark and Nannette on down are always friendly and helpful if I don’t understand something they take the time to explain what ever my question was
