As always, I was treated graciously, and it took Clark just seconds as he drove my Jeep to diagnose the problem. I was able to waltz away merrily to entertain myself with a friend; and, when I returned, my Jeep was ready to go. I was even forgiven my disloyalty for going to WalMart for an emergency oil change when I needed to make an unexpected long trip. (I must say that my WalMart experience was crude and horrifying:(. I will never make that mistake again! Griffin's service, staff, expertise and competitive prices are an exemplary combination.

I was taken care of right away in between work and getting my car repaired they were fast and did great work.

Was able to get the battery the same day and come to the home to install the battery in the vehicle

I was greeted nicely by Rachel when I entered the business for an oil change. Clark sat down and we talked about having to replace the shocks on my vehicle. He took the time to ask if I had heard unusual noises from the front of the car, what they sounded like, and what that meant. I appreciate him taking the time out of his busy day to talk me through the problem and the repairs needed.
