I bought a used car and took it here to find out what I needed to fix. They took pictures of everything wrong with it, explained was was more urgent and what could wait and why. Took it in and got all the repairs done in just a day. Absolutely amazing and fanastic work. What a great team at Griffin.

As usual, Nannette and team knocked it out of the park! They diagnosed the problem with my Terrain and it now runs like it did when I first drove it off the car lot. I am always treated right and am never saddled with fixes that I don't need. They keep me in the loop when it is being serviced. I especially like the virtual inspection that I receive. Incredible service-amazing staff After having tires installed at Costco I had warning lights for the tire pressure sensors. I was told by Costco they would automatically reset. Definitely not the case. Took the car in to Griffins they explained the system has to be manually reset. Probably paid the cost of gas for the 200 mile round trip back to Costco. Again THANK YOU. Will definitely be back for any issues
