Awesome customer service great oil changes. However other things are a little pricey. Well now we know why Thanks for the 411 Owner. At Griffin your getting an amazing back up on all work done and not just for a month, like some places. Check them out 🕉️✊🏽🙅🏽‍♀️

We will seem a little pricier than most shops because no one in our area backs their service with a Nationwide 36 months/ 36,000 mile Parts AND Labor warranty. We do use premium parts so you have peace of mind you don't have to pay for the same repair again due to a defect. However, if there is a defective part or workmanship, we have you covered at over 12,000 independent repair shops across the U.S.

Good work but too expensive. My break light was out and had water in it. They quoted me $300 to fix it. I went to O'Reilly's and my husband fixed it for $41.

Hi Brittney, do you have more information so I can look up exactly what we were quoting, like year, make and model and your last name? $300 to $41 is a big spread, so something doesn't seem right to me so I would like to get to the bottom of it. Our quotes are saved in the computer and I can't find anything. Thank you, Nannette Griffin

I have used Griffin on numerous occasions and have been pleased every time. The work is always done well and nothing is done without first notifying me which I like. I asked what their rates where, was told they couldn't give a quote till vehicle was seen. Took the vehicle down for the appointment to get said quote, waited till noon the following day and called to see. They were working on it. I went by after work to see and found it done so i got stuck with a bill. Drilled out 3 bolts and replaced 7 foot of pipe for $450. That to me is ridiculous. I also took in my old pipe so they could use as reference to finally get home an hour away and my pipe that i was going to be keeping for scrap was missing from my car.

You are correct about not being able to give a quote since this was not the normal exhaust job. You brought the car in with broken manifold bolts that someone had tried to drill out and couldn’t get it done so you brought it to us. It took almost 3 hours just to get the broken bolts out. You asked us to use the hangers on your pipe you brought in, never mentioning you wanted to keep that pipe. The only way to use your hangers that were welded to the pipe was to cut the pipe. You are are incorrect about is what you actually paid. You paid 336 and change INCLUDING tax which is a far cry from 450.

I have never heard of a mechanic doing this, but they first assisted me by picking up my vehicle while I was at work! Then, instead of going in to replace costly parts on the issue, they did further research in finding there was only a minor part necessary. Their proactive measures saved me hundreds of dollars! They communicated with me throughout the day and when they were finished; they delivered my vehicle back to me at my job without additional fees!!! They were knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile for my continued loyalty. Their service is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had from a place of business. Thank you Griffin’s!!
