Clark & Nanette are very accommodating and nice people. I have a 10 years old Toyota SUV. The service is excellent. They replaced side mirror, front stabilizer, motor on the rear window, and regular change oil plus maintenance.

I might be a little biased but Griffins is an excellent automotive repair shop. They have been in business 20 years and truly put their customers first. They do their best to work you into an appointment as soon as they can. They back their work and parts with a 24,000 mile/ 24 month warranty.

Called with an estimate before doing the work and let us know when the work was complete. Everything got done on the same day. Made it very convenient for us since we had another vehicle to bring in for an oil change. Scheduling the appointment online really simplified things too. And when I was foolish enough not to write down what I scheduled, a simple phone call was all I needed to do to confirm the appointment. The only thing that may have been more helpful would be an exact time and date being included with the email that I received.
